Have you tried the new-look ePCV yet?

With this new web application, users can capture and submit individual orders, or multiple orders at the same time using the new Bulk Upload function for selected credential types.

Login is simple – just use your existing credentials. Once you’re in the application, you’ll love the combination of a new look and feel with the same features you are familiar with. Should you need assistance, help files and videos are readily available to help you navigate the new layout.

Registered contract clients at MIE can use the web application to capture and submit their background screening orders. Non-registered MIE users can also capture and submit their requests by paying for the verification checks by credit card, zapper or direct deposit, using secure payments through either Payfast or Ozow.

Registered clients can track the progress of an order using the new tracking feature, and easily identify orders requiring additional information to prevent delays.

ePCV is a secure web application and makes use of SSL (Secure Socket Layers) and well as back-end encryption to protect and secure data transmitted and stored to MIE.
